1. Mathews, Inc. has the right to terminate the Mathews Rewards points program at any time.
2. Each point is worth $.01 toward the purchase of Mathews products.
3. Mathews may change the Mathews Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or points levels for awards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Mathews may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award redemption, or increase the point rate at any time. Mathews has the final say as to whether a product qualifies for Mathews Rewards award redemption.
4. Mathews Rewards points have no expiration date. However, consistent with the general rules and regulations of the Mathews Rewards, Mathews, Inc. reserves the right to change the Mathews Rewards at any time without notice, including imposition of expiration limits. If no point amount from any source is posted to a Mathews Rewards member's account for three consecutive years, the account is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
5. Mathews reserves the right to make Mathews Rewards Bonus Points and promotional offers available to members based on activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
6. All point amount and subsequent award redemptions must be earned and used according to the rules and guidelines in this Member's Guide. Mathews has the final say as to whether an activity qualifies for Mathews Rewards award redemption.
7. Mathews reserves the right to cease mailing or emailing materials to any Mathews Rewards member who has not accumulated point amount for a 60-day period.
8. Abuse of the Mathews Rewards (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of award redemptions and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by Mathews in its' sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all points accrued.
9. Mathews reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in this Member's Guide. All determinations by Mathews shall be final and conclusive in each case. This Member's Guide supersedes all previously issued Member's Guides.
10. Please allow six to eight weeks for all points to be credited to your Mathews Rewards account.
11. From time to time, the data you have furnished to Mathews may be used to bring you relevant and valuable offers from Mathews Rewards partners. If you do not wish us to use it for this purpose, please contact the Mathews Rewards Service Center at 1-866-668-CLUB.
12. Except as otherwise explained below, point credit is not transferable and may not be combined among Mathews Rewards members, or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a member's estate, and may not pass to member's successors and assigns.  Accrued point credit and award certificates do not constitute property of the member.  Neither accrued point amount or award certificates are transferable by the member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise.

Enrollment

1. The Mathews Rewards Free Program is open to any individual with a mailing address in North America or in any country that has not prohibited participation in points programs, with the exception of countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.
2. Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
3. Only one person may be enrolled per Mathews Rewards account. An individual may have only one account and that must be in his/her real (legal) name. Membership will be listed under the participant's full name including title (Mr., Ms., etc.) and middle initial.
4. Membership is non-transferable.
5. Retroactive credit will not be given for purchases made prior to enrollment.

Earning Mathews Rewards Mall Points

1. Mathews Rewards Mall Partners are subject to change and termination without notice by Mathews or its partners. Mathews assumes no liability for these changes or for informing members of changes. Members should confirm partner status when making purchases.

Redeeming Points for Mathews Rewards Awards

1. All awards redemptions are issued through the Mathews Rewards on behalf of Mathews, Inc. Awards may be limited only to members who have at least 3,000 points accrued at the time of redemption.
2. Member must purchase the product at an authorized Mathews retailer before receiving award redemption.
3. Member must print award redemption form located on mathewsrewards.com and complete it in full. Member must then mail the form, along with a copy of the receipt, to the Mathews Rewards redemption center at 6479 City West Parkway, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. The Mathews Rewards is not responsible for redemption certificates lost in the mail.
4. Award redemption certificates have no cash value and will not be returned.
5. Point amount award levels are subject to change at any time without notice.
6. The sale, purchase, brokerage, resale, barter or exchange of Mathews Rewards award certificates or Mathews Rewards points for compensation is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these rules will result in confiscation at any time, closure of the Mathews Rewards account, and forfeiture of points accrued.
7. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges for products purchased.
